Persita Officially Separates With Widodo, Appoints A New Coach, Until Stefano Lilipaly Says He Wants To Leave Bali United

Persita Tangerang had to part with the coach who brought them promotion to Liga 1 in 2020, namely Widodo C Putro. The certainty that Widodo will no longer be part of the Cisadane Warriors has been determined after the weekend match of the 2021/22 season of Liga 1.

This is Widodo’s decision to leave Persita, after three years of managing the purple team. Of course, Widodo’s best achievement is being able to help Persita return to the highest caste of the Indonesian League, by becoming runner-up League 2 2019.

“Thank you very much for the full trust that has been given and the support from all Persita fans, during these three extraordinary seasons, I hope Persita can be much more advanced and achieve high achievements in the future,” Widodo said in a release issued by Persita.

Thus, Widodo is getting closer to Bhayangkara FC. This rumor has been circulating strongly in the last few days, and it is believed that an official announcement regarding Widodo’s joining The Guardians is just a matter of time. Bhayangkara previously decided not to renew Paul Munster’s contract.

Persis Solo make sure their coach next season

The Persis Solo League 1 promotion team will make a change in the head coach position. After they successfully won promotion tickets thanks to Eko Purdjianto as head coach, Eko will no longer be occupying the head coach seat next season.

It is confirmed that the head coach that Persis management trusts is Jacksen F Tiago. This is related to Eko’s license which is not yet AFC Pro according to the provisions of the Liga 1 competition. Previously, Jackson was the manager of Laskar Sambernyawa.

Eko, who just has an AFC A license, will remain with Persis, but his position has dropped to assistant coach, and it is not impossible that in the near future he will complete a licensing course for AFC Pro.

Stefano Lilipaly wants to leave Bali United again?

Repeatedly rumors spread that Stefano Lilipaly wanted to leave Bali United and feel a new challenge. This issue resurfaced with the rapid recruitment of League 1 team players for the 2022/23 season competition.
