Third in the general classification of the LPGA, the Parisian thus goes back to 37th place in the Californian tournament, nine strokes behind the leader Hannah Green (67-66).
As for Pauline Roussin-Bouchard (67-75, par), it is also a 37th place to be credited to the Var rookie. Starting from 8th place, the former amateur world number one experienced an air pocket on the way out (5 bogeys), with a return to form on the return marred by a double bogey on hole 13.
