Nintendo Switch Sports arrives to remember the nostalgia of Wii Sports

Nintendo Switch Sports is available to buy digitally or physically for the Nintendo Switch console and without a doubt the first thing that comes to mind is the legendary Wii Sports.

The title was announced in Direct February of this year and without a doubt the first thing we remember was that game for the Nintendo console launched on November 19, 2006.

The company confirmed that it would bring 6 starting sports disciplines such as soccer, tennis, badminton, volleyball, bowling and chambara, although golf will arrive soon.

Is Nintendo Switch Sports better than Wii Sports?

Nintendo Switch Sports concentrated its efforts on the online game where you can even find a bowling battle royal, although not everyone is satisfied.

The title forgot the inclusion of golf (coming soon), baseball and boxing, but above all, it forgot those mythical characters like the famous and complicated opponent Matt.

The company debuted its Wii console with the inclusion of Wii Sports for free, which became one of the most played games around the globe.

The title became so famous that in 2009, Nintendo expanded its universe and brought out Wii Sports Resort with new sports such as canoeing, epee, jet skiing, cycling, wakeboarding, frisbee, archery, basketball, flying, and table tennis.

Nintendo Switch adds Animal Crossing icons in latest update

Nintendo Switch Sports came with extra pressure for what its previous format represents and although it was well received at first, some miss those offline modalities or sports disciplines.

The title is available for different costs, since the digital version that you can download from the Nintendo eShop costs 950 pesos, although it does not include a leg band that does have the physical format and costs a little more than 1,100 pesos.
