The members of the association Les Vieillespompescersoises practice leisure football on the municipal ground, every Monday from 7:30 p.m.
The concept of leisure football in a friendly atmosphere has allowed Les Vieillespompes to continue for several years. This Monday, the game had started well on the top court. But the success of these meetings brought a very large number of participants during the evening. The players were therefore forced to go play on the big field, since there were more than thirty players present. The show is pleasant and friendly and good remains still remain with these football veterans who meet for the third half at the club house, in order to share moments of complicity and very pleasant and recognized friendships. Recently, Les Vieillespompes made a trip to Lisbon where they faced a local team, before going to the Luz stadium, to watch a Benfica match and enjoy a good weekend with their guide and president , Carlos De Olival, native of Portugal and fervent supporter of Benfica Lisbon.
