DFB star Julian Draxler (28) actually had no intention of leaving Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.
Now he is said to have changed his mind because of the World Cup in Qatar. This is reported by “L’Equipe”.
Because: In the Paris star ensemble around Neymar, Messi and Mbappé, Draxler (58 internationals) is almost only a substitute. He made 18 appearances in the league, but only started five times. The last time was in mid-February.

Draxler himself recently said: “My situation at the club is not easy. I know that I need rhythm, more match practice.”
The 2014 World Champion has a contract with PSG until 2024. There were rumors of a move back in the winter, but the ex-Schalke player didn’t want to go back to the Bundesliga.
FC Sevilla recently showed interest. The Spaniards have been after him since he played at Schalke 04. The problem: Draxler was always too expensive for them. PSG could now let him go for €20m in the summer.
