Team leader internal sales and customer service (m/f/d)
your profile
Your tasks:
- Supervision and active support of the sales and customer service employees in the office
- Coordination and optimization of a smooth flow of the internal service processes
- They support the planning of the tours of our customer service technicians
- They answer customer inquiries and arrange visits
- You will process customer service reports and prepare visit reports for our customer service technicians from scheduling to billing
- You take over the deadline monitoring of our regular maintenance
- You create maintenance offers and maintenance contracts
- You are jointly responsible for the technical development and preparation of offers for our installers and wholesalers
- You take over the offer management and tracking
- You are responsible for our billing
- You have technical or commercial training and additional further training to become a technician, master craftsman or business economist
- Ideally, you will have professional experience in the plumbing and heating industry
- You have a strong technical understanding
- You have strong communication skills, are customer-oriented and keep a clear head even in hectic situations
- You have good computer skills and a structured and precise way of working

According to
- 9 Paragraph 2 of the Equal Treatment Act, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement, which amounts to € 27,800 gross per year for this position. However, it is not our goal to be satisfied with minimum standards – certainly not yours either!
