Judo-Ogooué-Maritime/A course for the opening of the season

It took place this Saturday, April 16 at the “Pierre Louis Agondjo Okawé” municipal fair in Port-Gentil.

After two years of inactivity, following the Covid-19 pandemic, activities are gradually resuming at the Ogooué Maritime judo league, to the delight of practitioners.

It is with this in mind that this Saturday, at the “Pierre Louis Agondjo Okawé” municipal fair in Port-Gentil, the provincial league, headed by Me Patrick Adanhodou Ondenot, black belt, 3rd dan, proceeded to the opening of its sporting season through a course which brought together several athletes and coaches from different affiliated teams of the said league.

After the word of circumstance pronounced by the president of the league who was delighted to see things resume and during which he gave wise advice to young judokas, in particular on the behavioral level outside the dojos.

Following President Patrick Adanhodou Ondenot, Me Éric Duveter, black belt, 3rd dan, took over by teaching with supporting demonstrations, some formulas for a good warm-up, a very important aspect to avoid muscle tears. He then continued with the base at the level of the falls, before ending with the techniques of the discipline.

In addition, the provincial technical director, Me Ferdinand Biteghe, black belt, 6th dan, awakened the BA ba of judokas, that is to say, to highlight the falls, the techniques of hips, legs, shoulders , so that everyone does not feel lost in their dojos.
