Hein Vanhaezebrouck will not go to Charleroi: “It would make no sense”

Excluded in the first match against Genk, Hein Vanhaezebrouck will not be present in Charleroi.

At a press conference this Friday, Hein Vanhaezebrouck has indeed confirmed that he would not even make the trip to take his place in the stands at the Mambourg. “It wouldn’t make sense. All that to be accompanied by a bodyguard who checks who I’m making calls to,” jokes the Buffalos coach in comments relayed by the Newspaper. “And they’re not going to smuggle me into a lingo bin, huh. It would take two big guys to carry the bag.”

Vanhaezebrouck will not attempt to communicate with his staff. “I have already heard that some colleagues have been fined for trying this. It’s not my style. I don’t need to communicate,” he says. “I have full confidence in my staff. The head coach can also make bad decisions. They know how I think and what to do to influence the match”.
