In addition to the former player, four other people were also injured due to the accident: the bus driver and three occupants of the truck.
It is not the first time that Rincón has suffered a serious traffic accident. In 2013, also in Valle del Cauca, the former soccer player lost control of his truck after driving at high speed, but he took it cheap and only suffered a fracture in one of his arms.
The former midfielder, who scored one of the most important goals in the history of Colombian football against Germany in the 90 World Cup in Italy, currently works as a sports commentator on television and is expected to evolve in the coming hours.
