FC Twente wants to bind Daan Rots for a long time. That reports Tubantia Monday morning. The 20-year-old attacker is in talks with the Tukkers about a commitment until 2026.

Rots’ current contract expires in 2023. The attacker became a regular player this season and has so far accounted for three goals and three assists. The right winger comes from FC Twente’s own youth.

It is not clear whether FC Twente and Rots are close to an agreement. The attacker is currently injured, because in the last game against NEC, Rots dropped out with an ankle injury. As a result, he is out of circulation for several weeks.
