Europa League sensation: Barça eliminated by Frankfurt!

Eintracht Frankfurt created the big surprise of the quarter-finals of the Europa League by winning at Camp Nou against FC Barcelona (2-3) on Thursday. A double from Filip Kostic (4th from the penalty spot and 67th) and a goal from Rafael Borré (36th) allowed the Germans to qualify. The goals from Sergio Busquets (90th+1) and Memphis Depay (90th+10, from the penalty spot) came too late. In the first leg, the two teams had left with a score of one goal everywhere.

West Ham also qualified for the semi-finals thanks to their 0-3 victory at Lyon, goals from Craig Dawson (38th), Declan Rice (44th) and Jarrod Bowen (48th). Jason Denayer left the game in the 89th minute. Again, the first leg ended in a 1-1 draw.

West Ham and Frankfurt will meet in the semi-finals on April 28 and May 5.

The Rangers/Braga match continues in extra time. Beaten 1-0 in the first leg, the Scots came back behind by leading 2-1 after 90 minutes.
