With a 12:0 shutout, the Bonn Capitals win the first game of today’s double header against the Dohren Wild Farmers. In the Dohrener Ballpark DC, the guests were able to get their first two runs in the second inning.

After a 2-RBI double from Riccardo Migliore, Nick Miceli and Lennart Weller reached home base for a 2-0 lead. In the following round, the federal townspeople extended the score by two more runs. Among other things, Wilson Lee convinced with a solo home run. The offensive of the guests also dominated in the following game.

After another run in the fifth and four in the eighth and three in the ninth round, Bonn’s 12:0 victory was certain. Bonn’s Wilson Lee stood out from an overall good Bonn offensive. With four hits, five RBI, a run, a base on balls and a stolen base, Lee had a real cream day. On Dohren’s side, Edvardas Matusevicius knew how to convince with three hits on offense.

Bonn’s Noah Lindt secures the duel of the pitchers with a strong performance. In six innings, he only allowed the Wild Farmers two hits and three base on balls. Nine times he sent the batter into the dugout with a strikeout. Dohrens Iwan Galkin has to take the loss (7 IP, 7 H, 5 R, 4 BB, 8 K).
