After two blank years, the international U18 tournament of Ampuis Vienne, Saint-Romain-en-Gal, Reventin (AVSR) is reborn from its ashes. While major basketball clubs like Caen or Cholet, traditional organizers of similar tournaments, have given up, the AVSR has decided to once again offer high-level basketball to the Viennese public.
