Baseball swept by Ithaca, 16-10, 12-4 – Rs Rate

ROCHESTER, New York –The RIT baseball team fell to Ithaca, 16-10, 12-4, in Friday’s Liberty League game.

In Game 1, the Tigers took a 2-1 lead after the first inning but fell behind 7-3 after the second. Ithaca scored the next six runs over the next four innings before RIT pulled one back for a 13-4 game after six. Ithaca added a pair in the seventh. RIT scored six runs in the eighth and the Bombers capped the scoring with one run in the ninth.
