Back to the FFTA GA | French Archery Federation

The General Assembly of the FFTA took place on Saturday March 26 at the Novotel in Charenton le Pont (94) in the presence of 107 representatives of clubs from mainland France and overseas. President Jean-Michel Cléroy had the pleasure of welcoming Brigitte Henriquès, President of the CNOSF at the opening.

This assembly was elective for a female position on the FFTA Steering Committee. This is Valerie Caillot of the Center Val de Loire Regional Committee who was elected.
The meeting gave discharge to the treasurer, following the report of the auditor Guy Ducros and adopted the price of the federal license which remains unchanged.

Among the highlights of the day, we should note the presentation of the High Performance Project of the federation presented by National Technical Director Benoit Binon, in order to best prepare for the 2024 Olympics.
The afternoon allowed to honor several leaders who received the Grand Gold plate of the federation; the honored personalities were the following: Didier Aubin, Administrative Director of the FFTA from 1983 to 2020 retired, Jean-Pierre Dimoyat for his career as a referee and his involvement in the National Commission of Referees and for the training of young referees, Edel Hézely for his career as a federal arbitrator, Joelle Fisseux for her career as a manager, coach, in particular the Vedène club, as well as a referee and Claudine and Michel Coussot for their voluntary commitment in the New Aquitaine region.

Pontoise bow companies and of the Hay les Roses and D’Amiens were awarded as part of the competition for the most beautiful arc gardens in Francefinally the FFTA awarded the Communal Support Trophy to the municipalities of the Occitanie region: Severac d’Aveyron and Manduel (municipalities with less than 10,000 inhabitants) and Tournefeuille (municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants).
