In collaboration with the City of Alès, a program of new activities has been offered to licensees. “Judo discovery” workshops were offered within the Alesian club. Workshops that were appreciated by the participants. In addition, the announced self-defense project is taking shape. Reserved for children over 10 years old, it allows you to deal with situations of harassment or aggression while protecting yourself physically and repelling the attacker without percussion using blocking techniques and releasing seizures with your bare hands.
After a strong demand, from next week workshops with a playful or cultural sports theme will be offered on Wednesdays, open to all children.
Finally, the residents of the different groups are actively preparing the first interclub of the season which will take place in Boisset-et-Gaujac on March 19.
