Sinner’s opponent, the Australian Nick Kyrgios, fully lived up to his bad reputation by firing off rants, insulting the referee, repeatedly throwing the bat, collecting penalty points and in the end even refusing a handshake. The 20-year-old South Tyrolean reacted to this completely unimpressed until the winner’s interview.
