Seongnam City Sports Association for the Disabled, delivered ‘sports wheelchairs’ to vitalize physical education for the disabled

[분당신문] Seongnam City Sports Association for the Disabled (Chairman Eun Su-mi) delivered two sports wheelchairs to Seongnam Hanmaeum Welfare Center (Director Heo Young-mi) to promote sports for the disabled.

A sports wheelchair is one of the key elements of physical education for the disabled, and it is absolutely necessary for physical activities of the disabled who need to use a wheelchair, such as basketball, table tennis, and badminton. However, since it costs 5-6 million won depending on the sport, it is a big burden for people with disabilities, making it difficult to purchase a sports wheelchair.
