Joe Harris to surgery and misses the rest of the season

Hard low for the Brooklyn Nets. The team’s general manager, Sean Marks, reported that Joe Harris will have to undergo surgery to repair his left ankle that will leave him out for the rest of the 2021-22 NBA season, according to a report by journalist Shams Charania of The Athletic .

Harris hasn’t been able to excel with his 3-point shooting this season because of physical issues, and he tried to avoid surgery until the last minute.

In this way, the Brooklyn team loses an important piece in the offensive aspect, at a time when they are in eighth position in the NBA Eastern Conference, with a record of 32 wins and 32 losses.

Harris says goodbye to the 2021-22 NBA campaign, with averages of 11.4 points and 4 rebounds, with 46.6% shooting from three points.
