Cult fan Michael Zeman (✝57) dies on a trip to Qatar

A friend of Zeman told “BILD”: “The heart attack must have happened on the way from the airport to the hotel. He died before he could check into his hotel. Tragic.” Zeman is said to have had no previous illnesses. He leaves his wife.

Since 1987, Zeman had followed FC Bayern to training camps and games around the world. With his outfit consisting of a robe with more than 100 patches and 40 fan scarves, he achieved cult status in Munich’s fan scene.
