ATP > Ruud responds to Kyrgios, among other things: “Clay is a surface with a lot of history”

Before flying to California where he will obviously participate in the Indian Wells Masters 1000, Casper Ruud answered some questions from tennis fans on Twitter.

He took the opportunity to come back to the critics assuring that he is only a clay court player. Nick Kyrgios even claimed a few months ago that the Norwegian was “stealing points” in ocher tournaments.

« I don’t mind at all, clay is a surface with a lot of history so I’m ok with being called a clay court player“, replied with class Ruud, who has a title on hard among his seven coronations on the ATP circuit.
