On Wednesday, February 23, the Summer Basketball Academy in Puerto Varas ended, which was carried out by the Physical Education Teacher and professional basketball player, Nathalie Castellanos, who is the current coach of the Puerto Varas Women’s Branch Club, which competes in various leagues in the southern part of the country.
This activity began on January 24, 2022, and had a scope of 35 girls between the ages of 8 and 15 divided into 3 groups. The objective of carrying out this academy was to carry out a job that allows the players to enhance their skills with a more personalized treatment, which was possible to do by having smaller groups of players.
For the development of this Summer Academy, the important collaboration of the Inmaculada Concepción School of Puerto Varas was provided, which provided its facilities for the development of this activity.
