The state stage of the CONADE 2022 National Games began this Friday, where more than a thousand state athletes participate, as part of the comprehensive strategy of the State Governor Ricardo Gallardo Cardona to restore peace and security in the four regions of the state , supporting spaces of expression for athletes and contributing to the strengthening of their comprehensive development.
With the disciplines of soccer, athletics, indoor volleyball, badminton, chess and basketball, the competition began and the weekend will continue with the disciplines of boxing, handball, volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball, 3-for-3 basketball, baseball, and softball, with athletes from the state capital and participating municipalities in the interior.
The CEDETARD “Plan de San Luis” track is the setting for the athletics events in the U16, U18 and U20 categories for women and men with athletes from the state capital and participating municipalities in the interior.
The “Miguel Barragán” Auditorium is the venue for basketball, the CDETARD courts are the stage for volleyball in both branches; the gymnastics pavilion hosts badminton competitions; Chess competitions are held at the host hotel.
And starting this Saturday, beach volleyball activities will begin at the Tangamanga Aquatic Center; boxing at the “José López Portillo” Sports Unit; soccer will now continue on field number one of the “Adolfo López Mateos” Unit; baseball in Parque Tangamanga I; softball at the “Adolfo López Mateos” Unit and 3-for-3 basketball at the external courts of the “Adolfo López Mateos” Sports Unit.
From these competitions, the Selection of the State of San Luis Potosí will emerge, which will participate in the Regional phase of the CONADE 2022 National Games on dates to be confirmed.
