In the Bertrando family I ask… the girl! At a good school of judo, under the thumb of his dad Benoît (president of the club and regular on the veteran masters podiums), his mother Cécilia (also used to the podiums in the region) and his brother, Atys (resident of the Pôle espoir des Pays de la Loire in Nantes), Inaé Bertrando is in turn building a promising track record. At only 13 years old, she already has no less than nine seasons of experience on the tatami. And the little minim 1re year, under 40 kg category, never ceases to surprise both his trainer Tony Richard and his opponents. Departmental champion in Nantes, then regional champion in Angers in stride, the youngest Bertrando, who trains 2 to 3 times a week, won the right to defend her chances and the colors of Pontchâtelain judo in the French Cup, the March 26, at the National Institute of Judo in Paris.
