Norman Powell out indefinitely with a fractured left foot

A skinny dog, everything is fleas. That must be thinking of the Clippers, who in recent hours have added Norman Powell to their illustrious injury list, which already included Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.

Powell, who arrived via transfer just over a week ago from Portland, has been diagnosed with a bone fracture in his left foot, an ailment that automatically makes him indefinitely out, as announced by the California organization.

The shooting guard suffered the injury in the game that the Clippers played on Thursday against the Dallas Mavericks. At first there was talk of a problem with a finger that would prevent him from being in the next match; however, the tests revealed that it was something more serious. Regarding the treatment, the franchise informs that for the moment a non-surgical one has been chosen.

The seriousness of the problem collides with the first impression of Powell, who assured that he felt fine and that he hoped it was not something important.

“It’s going much better. He’s better than he was after the game and better than he was yesterday. I feel better and can walk better. I felt a bit of pain since the last match. I just want to see how it continues to evolve », she expressed before knowing the final diagnosis.
