IES Badminton La Orden beats Arjonilla (4-3) and consolidates its undisputed leadership of the group

IES La Orden closed the first phase of the competition with a win against Arjonilla.

SD New victory for IES La Orden. this time beat Arjonilla 4-3 at Andrés Estradaso the club from Huelva strengthens its undisputed leadership during the regular phase of the competition. the albiazules they won the mixed doubles, women’s doubles and two of the singles matches.

As usual, the meeting began with the mixed doubles. For this mode, Haidee Ojeda and Pablo Abian they formed a couple to face Juan Blas Villalta and Anne Fulgsang. The clash was the most disputed, reaching the completion of the cinco sets and with the score adjusted until the last moment but Ojeda and Abián imposed their brilliance rising to victory.

The first set began with the Albiazul team losing 8-11. But Ojeda and Abián knew how to beat their rival and win the second by 11-2. His rival took the turn for the albiazules in the third set by 7-11. But finally it was Ojeda and Abián who scored the first point in the light winning the fourth and fifth set by 11-7 and 11-9.

At women’s doublesThey were Haidee Ojeda and Telma Santos those who occupied the track ‘Aguas de Huelva’ to be measured to the Arjonilla duo formed by Carla Moyano and Nelly Iriberri.
