Baseball HOF Sensing Watch by Honus Wagner

Legendary infielder Honus Wagner was one of the first inductees to the Baseball Hall of Fame, joining the immortals Ty Cobb, Walter Johnson, Christy Mathewson and Babe Ruth. Although technically a member of the Class of 1936, Wagner received this Gruen Curvex at the concert hall’s grand opening on June 12, 1939. This is one of only eleven such examples, one for every living player participating in the event. Considered one of the three most desirable — alongside Cobb and Ruth’s — it features an inscription on the case back that reads “Presented to Honus Wagner, Baseball Centennial Hall of Famer, 1839-1939.” While the hand-wound movement still seems to work, the watch may need service, but it’s still a pretty rare baseball memorabilia anyway.
