The Arc-club manduellois is progressing in terms of the qualification of its management with two more qualified coaches. Already assistant coaches and involved in training young people, Ludovic Joussein and Bastien Maggi have passed their federal coach exam. This certification is very rewarding since it is the new FFTA (French Archery Federation) training scheme, much more specific than the previous one.
With, in addition, a 2nd degree state certificate, a Dejeps (State diploma for youth, popular education and sport), a federal coach 2, three coaches 1, the technical team is made up of eight supervisors with a wide range of qualifications to meet the expectations and objectives of all members of the initiation to competition.
Easily adaptable to current health measures, this human wealth has enabled the club to maintain its activity as normally as possible during this difficult period.
The club has also been part of the federation’s national Discovery License operation since March 1, facilitating the discovery of archery.
Sport accessible to all, this discipline develops physical qualities (coordination of movements, postural balance and sheathing) and mental (concentration, control of his emotions and gain of confidence). Very quickly, practitioners can set personal goals for progress in relation to shooting distances and target diameter.
