Yesterday, Teporaca Romero met in his now open-door office with some leaders of basketball leagues who in the recent past did not consider, for some reason or another, to join forces in favor of basketball.

Now the only thing missing is that the team owners, mainly, even the same players who make up these leagues, approve the Institute’s proposal and can take the party in peace, a situation that if achieved would put an end to a period of several years of grids, dimes and direct attacks and attacks among those who in one way or another have been promoting blast sport in the State.

THE PROPOSALS

“This first meeting and the agreements that are reached will undoubtedly generate an important development and promotion of basketball in the state,” said the head of the ICHD.

Teporaca Romero led the meeting between the various basketball leagues in the state, so that there is an effective operation in each of them and work together.

It was attended by Tomás Hernández from the State Basketball League, as well as David Esparza from the Men’s Basketball League and Antonio Asiain from the Chihuahuense Basketball Alliance, as well as Tomás Aguilera, deputy director of Sport Development at ICHD.

During the dialogue, the importance it has for all organizations was shown, and among the points that were proposed to improve, they are: not to tie calendars, as well as avoid the ‘veto’ of players who want to participate in different leagues or tournament.
