The Vice Minister of High Performance of the Ministry of Popular Power for Youth and Sports, Juan Carlos Amarante placeholder image, headed this Saturday a working meeting with a view to the National Sports Games, Caracas Chapter.
The information was released by the Vice Minister through the social network Twitter @ JuanAmarante12, where he stated that the sporting event is part of the sports training and development plan, thanks to the President of the Republic Nicolas Maduro.
On August 10, the Head of State reported that the National Sports Games should be resumed in order to activate the entire sports platform and infrastructure of the country, and thus comply with the Paris 2024 Olympic Dream Plan.
He took advantage of this impulse to encourage and stimulate new athletes, for which he summoned all those sports specialists who want to join the Plan. / WIL / CP
