The Ole Miss baseball team was ranked # 10 in the nation in the United States Perfect games Pre-season top 25 poll on Thursday.
Ole Miss enters the 2022 season after running to the NCAA Tucson Super Regional Championship game last season. The rebels finished the 2021 season with an overall record of 45:22.
Coach Mike Bianco’s club joins four other SEC members in the top 10 of the poll.
Vanderbilt (1), LSU (2), Mississippi State (6), Arkansas (9) und Ole Miss (10).
The SEC also has Tennessee (21) and Florida (23) in the top 25 of the Perfect Games preseason.
This season, Ole Miss will pick the diamond against Tennessee, Mississippi State, Arkansas and LSU from the conference opponents in the top 25.
The Rebels will return to Swayze February 18-20 while hosting Charleston Southern on a three-game game board. This streak will start a nine game home stand for Ole Miss.
