NFL: Cincinnati wins first playoff game since 1991

SUMMARY

The Cincinnati Bengals defeated the Vegas Raiders 26-19 on Saturday in the NFL’s First Round of Playoffs at Paul Brown Stadium.

It’s the first time in 31 years that the Bengals have won a playoff game.

Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, in his first career playoff start, completed two assists for majors when he joined CJ Uzomah and Tyler Boyd.

Rookie kicker Evan McPherson had four field goals in the win.

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr completed a touchdown pass to Zay Jones. Carr, however, was unable to finalize a comeback late in the game when he missed a pass, being intercepted by Germaine Pratt, on a fourth down situation at the goal gate.

The rest of the points came from the foot of kicker Daniel Carlson.
