The Spanish Miguel Angel Jimenez achieved his eleventh victory at Champions Tour golf for veterans by winning for the third time in his career the Mitsubishi Electric Championship, played at the Hualalai club in Ka’upulehu-Kona, in Hawaii (USA).

The 58-year-old from Malaga won the tiebreaker against the Australian Steven Alker (-22), which he surpassed in the second extra hole, reports the Spanish federation. Both players finished the three rounds tied at 199 strokes (17 under par).
