Micah Parsons comes to Dak Prescott’s defense

Dak Prescott was the target of criticism after the Cowboys’ loss at home to the 49ers. Even the franchise owner, Jerry Jones, assured that he has to think things through before making a decision regarding the future.

However, one of the rookies on the season for the Dallas squad jumped to Dak’s defense. Is about Micah Parsons, who is nominated as the league’s best defensive rookie of the year, and that through his Twitter account he defended the quarterback from the criticism he received from fans and managers.

“Hahaha I’m happy as HELL to have Dak Prescott as my QB and no one in the world can tell me otherwise!” wrote Parsons, who immediately received several responses through social networks.

Parsons numbers as a rookie

Micah Parsons proved his worth as the Cowboys’ defensive leader. The rookie recorded 13 sacks, being the sixth best in that department in the entire NFL, behind only TJ Watt, Robert Quinn, Myles Garrett, Nick Bosa and Trey Hendrickson.

The Cowboys were the fourth-best defense in points allowed per game, trailing only the Bills, Patriots and Saints. Much of this was thanks to the great season the linebacker had with the Dallas squad, but also because they were the best team in interceptions.
