For the February school holidays and others, young people aged 7 to 17 will be able to enjoy many sporting and cultural activities thanks to the leisure tickets set up by the town hall of Marmande. In February 2022, they will take place between the 14th and the 26th.
On the sports side, young people will have access to the following activities: athletics, model aircraft, basketball, badminton, billiards, climbing, fencing, golf, gymnastics, indoor football, handball, judo, kayaking, fishing, archery, rollerblading, rugby, table tennis, tennis, sport shooting and mountain biking.
To let young people express their creativity, painting, salt dough, pottery and modeling workshops are organised, as well as multimedia workshops, creation courses on fabrics and FIMO courses. Depending on the period, outings in the countryside and sports stays over several days are also offered, the latter mainly taking place during the summer holidays.
Organized into two age groups, the activities will take place in the morning between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. for the first part, and in the afternoon between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. for the second.
A summary brochure various activities are available in Marmandais schools, in municipal services and at the tourist office; it is necessary for young people to register in order to be able to participate in the activities.
