300 goals for Robert Lewandowski and 150 assists for Thomas Müller in the Bundesliga. With those great statistics, leader Bayern Munich had no trouble putting FC Köln aside. De Rekordmeister scored for the 66th league game in a row and broke a record as a team.

Between 2012 and 2014 Bayern Munich managed to score 65 league matches in a row, but that record had to be beaten against Cologne. After just 9 minutes, Lewandowski was able to aim the ball into the farthest corner.

Thomas Müller made Bayern’s record evening even more beautiful by completing a milestone himself. After his assist for Lewandowski, he also set Tolisso on his way to 0-2, good for his 150th assist in the Bundesliga.

And then record fighter Lewandowski can’t stay behind. The 33-year-old Pool finished the second half with a hat-trick, good for goals 22 and 23 of the season. In total, the goalscoring machine has now scored 300 goals in the Bundesliga. Is Gerd Müller’s record (365 goals) still in danger?

Thanks to the 0-4 win in Cologne, Bayern is 6 points ahead of first pursuer Borussia Dortmund. Bayern is fighting for its 10th(!) league title in a row this season.
