“In December, at a training camp in Hurghada, Egypt, I got a leg in the back of my knee and couldn’t sit with my leg bent for about two weeks. I thought it might be out of a load and kind of five,” the volleyball player writes.

For the next six weeks, Pļaviņas will have to move on crutches, which will delay the start of the season.
