Easy Toronto Raptors win over New York Knicks

Deserved victory for Toronto, this Sunday evening against New York (120-105), after a match played behind closed doors because of health restrictions. Guided by a very fit Fred VanVleet (leading scorer in the game with 35 points), the Raptors left no chance for the Knicks, who were already 17 points behind in the middle of the game.

For their part, the teammates of Evan Fournier, his team’s top scorer with 20 points, never found the solution to pick up the score. The latter even found themselves silent in front of the basket for six minutes, leaving their opponents to take off.

This success of the Raptors comes a week after they were deprived of ten of their players as part of the health protocol. For the same reasons, New York appeared on the floor on Sunday weakened by numerous absences of weight, including that of Julius Randle.
