Dominican Mike Torres returns to Betis after three assignments – Basketball

Seville, Jan 12 (EFE) .- The Spanish-Dominican base Mike Torres returns to Coosur Real Betis after passing through Indios de San Francisco, Belfius Mons-Hainaut and Capitanes de México, the Betis club has reported.

Mike Torres, 27, with a contract at Betis until June 2023, has been with the Mexican Capitanes since last November, competing for the first time in the NBA G-League (Development League) and with whom he played 14 games in the NBA G-League, averaging 22 minutes, 5.2 points and 3 assists.

The Barcelona-born basketball player came to the Sevillian club from the Ciudad de Valladolid, of the LEB Oro, and credited in his first season in the elite 2.3 points and 0.3 assists on average in the thirty games he played with an average of just over seven minutes on the court.

At the end of last season, Mike Torres played with the Dominican team in the Belgrade pre-Olympic tournament before playing some games in the league in his country on loan to the San Francisco Indians.
