Chen Yufei (born the March 1 1998) is a female Chinese badminton player. She participated during Junior Asian Badminton Championships for Women 2016 and Junior-VM i badminton 2016.[1][2] That same year, she secured her first title at Macau Open 2016.[3] She was named Eddy Choong’s Most Hopeful Player of 2017.[4][5] On December 17, 2019, she reached number 1, on the BWF’s world rankings for women singles.[6]
She participated during 2020 Summer Olympics i Tokyo, where she beat Taiwanese Tai Tzu-ying 21-18 19-21 21-18, in the final match and thus secured his first Olympic gold medal.[7]
