CASAL DI PRINCIPE / CASAPESENNA – The Carabinieri of the Casal di Principe Company aThe outcome of a detailed investigation coordinated by the DDA of the Naples Public Prosecutor’s Office, in the early hours of today’s morning, carried out an order for the application of a precautionary measure in prison issued by the Gip of the Court of Naples in the confrontation of three subjects from Casapesenna and Casal di Principe, against whom serious indications were considered in relation to the crimes of illicit competition method with threat or violence and attempted extortion, with the aggravating circumstance of the mafia and mafia facilitation (Casalesi clan) . The investigation activity, carried out during the year 2021, made it possible to reveal serious indications of guilt by requiring it to withdraw the used oils one of exercises attributable to the suspects, exploiting the intimidation force given by belonging to the Clan of the Casalesi-Zagaria faction who facilitated and, in one circumstance, by hitting a local businessman with a baseball bat so that he would desist from competing with him
