In his first season he was rarely used by coach Adi Hütter, in the second by coach Oliver Glasner only a little more often. Last Saturday, Hrustic was in the starting line-up against Borussia Dortmund for the fifth time this season, after failing to make it into the squad a few times in autumn. When he surprisingly got the chance to start last year in the World Cup qualifier against Qatar, he grabbed it by the head. Hrustic swung himself up to playmaker and scored a wonderful goal for his team’s 3-0 victory. Participation in the World Cup at the end of the year is the midfielder’s major career goal. “Of course it would help me for the national team if I had a regular place at Eintracht.
