A 9-year-old boy missing in Gap found in Montélimar

It is a disturbing disappearance which fortunately lasted a short time. A 9-year-old boy wanted since Wednesday afternoon was found in Montélimar. Supported by the police, he is safe and sound.

Around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, his father had dropped him off in front of a gymnasium in Gap for his judo lesson. But the boy did not attend. CCTV cameras show him around 4:20 p.m. near the city train station. Immediately police and gendarmes launched research and even a call for witnesses. The boy actually took the train to Montélimar. A little before 9 p.m., some Montilians called the Montélimar police station. A child is there, in a kimono, all alone at the station. Heard by the police, he will simply say that he quarreled with his mother over this judo class he did not want to go to. He is safe and sound. His father came to pick him up in the evening.
