Belinda Bencic has a special affection for Man’s best friend and she has been rewarded for it.
Indeed, the Swiss woman received the Billie Jean King Cup Heart Award on Wednesday from the International Tennis Federation (ITF) for her financial commitment to dog shelters. In particular, she donated a check for $ 10,000 for five shelters in Slovakia.
Committed for years to this cause, Belinda even adopted a dog named Paula during confinement in 2020.
