The Colombian Association of Sports Journalists, Acord Quindío, chaired by Carlos Alberto Muñoz Marín, It will fulfill from 6:30 pm today in the metropolitan cultural center of conventions, of Armenia, the ceremony of exaltation and proclamation of the best Quindian athletes of the year 2021.
The list of nominees for the Gold, Silver and Bronze Acords are the athletes Tomás Nieto Ocampo, Yeimi Tatiana Echeverry Betancur and María Fernanda Montoya Marín, the triathletes Lina María Raga Prieto and Alejandra Raga Prieto, the weightlifter Yony Andica Andica, the bowler Juan Guillermo Londoño Mora and Julieth Pérez Tangarife, from the badminton team.
Nominated for the 2021 Special Athlete Award are Diego Cortés Bernal, from field tennis in a wheelchair, and David Rivera Castro, from bowling with limited visuals; and for the Chord of the Future: Mariana Burgos González, cycling; Miguel Ángel Londoño Mora, bowling; Ivana Castillo Hurtado and Samuel Mesa Arias, tennis; Yarli Alejandra Agudelo Zapata, chess; and Sara Sofía Quintero Arias and Zharick Dahiana Gómez Mosquera, judo.
