Tactical flexibility is very important to the Styrian, targeted coordination to the opponent should replace the green-white lack of plan in the future. The goal: Power football, but no Salzburg copy!
The Feldhofer motto for the explosive 334th Vienna Derby: “Inspire the fans with active football and of course win!” The duel with Austria is definitely special for the Rapid coach: “We are always extra motivated!” As a player, however, he could not win a single derby.
But the Styrian also knows: “It would be nonsense to change everything now,” says the newcomer after the first impression. Because of the performance at 2-2 in Riedwar Feldhofer, only the result was wrong. Nevertheless, the 42-year-old Rapid should instill the clear game philosophy demanded by the top of the club.
