The Judo EM 2022 starts on Friday, April 29th, 2022 and ends on May 1st, 2022. The International Judo Federation (IJF) has not yet published any further information on the specific schedule and procedure for the European Senior Championships. The European Judo Championships took place for the first time in 1951 and have been held annually since 1957. The organizer is European Judo Union. Competitions for women have also been part of the program since 1975. The last time the competitions were held in Lisbon, Portugal, in April 2021. In the eternal Medal table France is currently ahead with a total of 643 gold, silver and bronze medals. Germany is in third place with 479 medals.
