The minister reports of having crowned the dream he had as a child, and the passion for martial arts was born well before than that for politics. Coni president handed over the black belt Primo Dan judo award to Renato Brunetta Giovanni Malagò with Domenico Falcone, president of the FIJLKAM (Italian Federation of Judo Fighting Karate Martial Arts), in the presence of the honorable member Felice Mariani.
Renato Brunetta became a judo black belt on 13 December, as shown by the video posted on Facebook from his official page.
