Xinwang News on December 20 Today, Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning issued the “Pre-approval Announcement of Qingdao Artificial Intelligence Industry Cluster Sports Center Project Planning Scheme”. The construction site is located in the north of Ruichang Road and west of Changjia Road in Shibei District, from the historical city of Shibei District. The management committee is responsible for construction.

According to the plan, the project is located in the artificial intelligence industry cluster of Binhai City, with a total construction scale of 20,720.85 square meters. It will build a community-level fitness center with multiple functions to serve the entire Binhai City area. The sports center includes basketball halls, badminton halls, swimming pools, fitness centers, sports training, and rooftop gardens overlooking the sea, meeting the daily fitness needs of residents in the area. The façade of the building uses simple white lines and the glass curtain wall to communicate with the city coast, enhancing the characteristics of offshore viewing.

According to the project indicators, Qingdao Artificial Intelligence Industry Cluster Sports Center has a land area of 16575.4 square meters, a building density of 42%, a green area rate of 35%, and 204 parking spaces.
