PSG Women: Diallo and Hamraoui back to collective training this Tuesday

Didier Ollé-Nicolle, coach of the women’s team, announced it this Tuesday morning at a press conference: Aminata Diallo and Kheira Hamraoui are back in collective training today. A first since the beginning of November for the two Parisian players, victims of an ambush on November 4. Violated during this attack, Hamraoui had to observe several days of rest while Diallo, not targeted by the attackers, was able to play on November 9 against Real Madrid (4-0) at the Parc des Princes.

But the latter was then suspected by investigators of having played a role in the assault on her teammate. Heard in police custody for nearly 48 hours, she finally emerged free and without any charge against her on November 11. Since this episode, the two French internationals have lived a period of exclusion from the Parisian group.

“There has been professional work on the part of the club to support them for a month, ensures Didier Ollé-Nicolle. After a week of rest, there was two weeks of individual training. They have been taken care of by each member of the staff so that they realize that everyone is interested in her. And for a week, they had been training together. The club made the decision to reinstate them with the group this Tuesday morning ”.

Diallo and Hamraoui will not, however, be on the trip to Ukraine for the Champions League match in Kharkiv on Wednesday (6:45 p.m.). To see them again in official competition, we will still have to wait. “There is a physical aspect to manage, continues Ollé-Nicolle. I consider them injured for a month. It takes time, physically and psychologically. Let them get used to each other again ”.
